Request for information
The dip probe 661.00 is a transmission dip probe for laboratory applications. Due to the excellent collimation of the light beam, it is particularly well suited for analytical applications with high demands on accuracy. The light beam, as in an optical cell, passes through the sample only once. The beam is deflected in the probe head by total reflection on a prism. Path length of 1 - 20 mm are available with a tolerance of +0.01 mm. A stainless steel top section with rotating protective sleeve serves as protection against stray light in critical applications.
The optical parts of the probe are made from SUPRASIL 300 quartz glass and are directly fused to each other. This way, the highest level of temperature and chemical resistance is assured. Depending on the connected optical waveguide, the probe can be used in the UV/VIS or VIS/NIR spectral regions.
