661.602-UV/NIR - Ultra Mini Immersion Probe for the UV/VIS or VIS/NIR Range
Request for information
The immersion probe 661.602-UV/NIR is a miniature immersion probe with titanium tube and stainless steel handle. It is well suited for the analysis in smaller sample volumes in laboratory applications. An example for this is the TDA measurement (Tablet Dissolution Analysis). The collimated light beam passes through the sample twice. The beam is deflected in the probe head by total reflection on a prism. The effecive path length is twice the height of the sample chamber. Pathlength of 2 (2 x 1), 5 (2 x 2.5) and 10 (2 x 5) mm are available.
The optical parts of the probe are made from SUPRASIL 300 quartz glass and are directly fused to each other. In this way, the highest level of temperature and chemical resistance is assured. Fiber optic cables are permanently attached to the top section and are therefore not replaceable. Fiber optics are available for the UV/VIS or VIS/NIR spectral regions.
